Job Description
The Operational Excellence IE Director leads global Industrial Engineering initiatives, partnering with site-level IE leaders to drive manufacturing excellence, efficiency, and effectiveness through the implementation of best practices and systems. This role is responsible for identifying bottlenecks across multiple fabs and driving OEE improvements to enhance productivity, cycle time, and on-time delivery. Additionally, the Director focuses on establishing standardized analytical models across the organization for planning, KPI tracking, and WIP management.

- You can manage and lead cross function global projects, from planning through implementation, for OEE improvement, budget control and savings, improved WIP management, improved ergonomic and better operator efficiency, CAPEX management, etc

- You can drive manufacturing excellence through benchmark study

Job Requirements
- B.S Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering degree required but Master's degree preferred
- Industrial engineering expert, extensive experience in semiconductor environment
- Management experience as director
- Wide experience in manufacturing and operations management techniques required
- Experience in optimization, tool modeling and performance metrics preferred
- Ability to communicate with external and internal multi-cultural stakeholders
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Science (scheduling/dispatching, TOC, Lean, Push/Pull system, inventory management, capacity planning, etc.)
- High analytical skills and data driven
- Strong understanding of statistics, data analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Ability to attend to details while keeping big picture in mind
