Job Description

LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Certified Surgical Technologist for a local contract job in Kansas City, Missouri.

Job Description & Requirements

• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 10 hours, days, nights, rotating
• Employment Type: Local Contract

• 1+ Years of OR Tech Experience Required. (Must have endovascular experience in a vascular hybrid room doing wire procedures)
• Must be competent to perform as lead in all of the following specialty areas: Robotic, Total Joints, Neuro/Spine, Burn and Vascular Surgery
  • Two years prior experience in a similar size facility with similar services provided
• Graduate of an accredited school of Certified Operating Room Technicians (CORT)
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) from National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Tech in Surgery (TS-C) from National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) required upon hire
• Basic Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Side Note: Higher pay grade for someone that is CV certified could go up to $45 depending on the years of experience the candidate has as well.

Shift Differentials: $3 for Nights and $3 Weekends.

On Call Pay: $3
