Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and intervention plans
- Offer counseling and crisis intervention to support student well-being and academic success
- Assist in the development of school-wide initiatives to promote positive behavioral supports and mental health awareness
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with diverse student populations across various grade levels
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, special education law, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules
