Health & Life Insurance Advisor (Training Provided)
Envision Care Insurance Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Senior Benefits Advisors. This is a commission-based opportunity with structured training and ongoing support.
In this role, you will speak with individuals seeking information about senior health insurance options, provide education on available plans, and assist clients through the enrollment process once licensed. No insurance license is required to apply; licensing guidance is available for qualified candidates.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and working in a performance-driven environment.
Compensation:
$85,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their health insurance needs and provide tailored advice.
- Educate clients on various senior health insurance plans, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process, offering support and clarity at each step.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in insurance advising.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex information, especially regarding insurance plans.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment, motivated by performance and results.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and strategies for success.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate information and support.
