Staff Pharmacist
About Us
We are a 503A pharmacy focused on compounding and dispensing patient-specific medications, including both sterile and non-sterile preparations. Our operations are built around accuracy, consistency, and maintaining a high standard across all areas of the pharmacy.
What Youll Be Doing
Verify prescriptions, patient-specific compounded preparations, and dispensing documentation prior to release
Ensure accuracy of order entry, labeling, and final packaging before shipment or pickup
Review and approve formula worksheets, batch records, and supporting documentation as needed
Oversee technician workflow within fulfillment to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Confirm compounding calculations and ingredient selection align with each prescription
Maintain compliance with applicable pharmacy standards and internal procedures throughout the verification and dispensing process
Support daily operations to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner
What You Bring
Active Florida Pharmacist license (required)
Compounding experience (sterile and/or non-sterile) preferred
Experience with LifeFile pharmacy management system preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Solid understanding of pharmacy operations and regulatory expectations
Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively within a team
