Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2024-2025 school year, supporting preschool and elementary students in Placentia, CA. This full-time, on-site role involves working five days a week, eight hours per day to deliver essential speech and language services within a school setting.

Candidates should hold a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology and possess relevant experience working with young learners. The position requires strong assessment and intervention skills to support students with speech and language needs, collaborating with educators and families to promote successful communication outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for preschool and elementary students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct speech therapy services to enhance communication skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing communication programs.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active CCC certification.
  • Experience in educational settings with preschool and elementary children.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
