Job Title: Customer Service Representative (PART TIME - 20 hours per week)

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00/hour

Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of customer service, administrative support, or related office experience preferred
- Construction industry experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience using Microsoft 365, Outlook, Word, and basic Excel skills
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing processes
- Comfortable learning new software systems and workflows
Job Description:
Addison Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, a well-established construction organization. This part-time contract opportunity supports customer communication, scheduling coordination, administrative tasks, and internal operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to provide a high level of customer support while working closely with internal teams and field personnel.

Work Schedule:
- Contract position (6 months with potential opportunity to convert)
- Part-time: 20 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule with a 30-minute lunch

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels
- Respond to customer requests and coordinate repair/service scheduling
- Communicate updates with customers, field teams, and internal departments
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate daily work activities
- Support administrative tasks related to job tracking and documentation
- Assist with basic job costing, invoice tracking, and purchase order processes
- Maintain accurate records and update information within company systems
- Monitor shared inboxes and ensure requests are routed appropriately
- Provide translation support when needed
- Assist with general office support and special projects
