Marketing Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and evolve our marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels. In this hands-on role, you’ll drive brand consistency, lead campaign strategy, manage content creation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with company growth goals.

What You’ll Do


Brand & Strategy

  • Build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Elevate and maintain a consistent brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
  • Partner with leadership to shape short- and long-term marketing plans.

Campaign Management

  • Design and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, web, print, social, events, etc.).
  • Collaborate with sales and business development to align messaging and generate qualified leads.
  • Develop marketing materials (e.g., pitch decks, brochures, proposals, and digital assets) to support initiatives.

Digital & Social Media

  • Own and grow our digital presence— website, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, monitor analytics, and engage with followers.
  • Track user engagement and translate insights into actionable strategy improvements.

Performance & Reporting

  • Establish and report on KPIs to measure marketing performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor insights, and customer behavior to optimize campaigns.
  • Present regular reports on campaign impact and recommendations for improvement.

Vendor & Event Coordination

  • Manage relationships with creative vendors, agencies, printers, and contractors.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, conferences, and trade shows from concept to post-event analysis.



Requirements:

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced or B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to manage both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for design.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress (or other CMS), Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Strong analytical skills — experience using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
