Job Description
Join our dynamic team at a bustling distribution center where you will play a vital role in managing inventory and ensuring the smooth flow of goods. As a DC Associate, you will engage in tasks such as separating pallets, wrapping materials, shipping and receiving, and replenishing inventory during downtime. Once you gain product knowledge, you will have the opportunity to independently pick and receive orders, as well as learn forklift operations. Training and certification will be provided onsite by Crown.
Responsibilities
- Separate and organize pallets and materials.
- Wrap pallets securely for shipping.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
- Replenish inventory during downtime.
- Pick and receive orders independently after gaining product knowledge.
- Participate in forklift training and certification provided by Crown.
Essential Skills
- Warehouse inventory management.
- Experience using RF scanners.
- Shipping and receiving processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs comfortably, with heavier items managed with assistance.

Work Environment
You will work at a wholesale distributor of electrical products, automation controls, and industrial supplies, with a focus on receiving and shipping supplies to local hubs. The distribution center is large, and you will be part of a team of approximately 30 employees, engaging in a hands-on role in inventory and shipping processes.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Antioch, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
