Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and customerfocused Bilingual Customer Service Representative and Onsite Installation Support in Richland Hills, TX to support our growing team. This role is primarily based in our Richland Hills office, where you will spend most of your time answering incoming calls from customers—vendors who rely on our systems and services. You will handle inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, helping us build and maintain a strong reputation in the industry. Approximately 30% of this role involves working onsite at our merchants’ locations, installing and supporting POS and paymentprocessing systems. Our merchants include restaurants, retail shops, salons, and a variety of small businesses, many of whom are Spanishspeaking. Because of this, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of officebased customer interaction and handson technical work while representing a company that is actively growing and deeply values service quality.Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience in any environment
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Tech Savvy
