Position Overview

Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment
Set up and sterilize surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
Assist surgeons, registered nurses, and anesthesia staff during procedures
Prepare patients for surgery, including positioning, draping, and site preparation
Anticipate surgeon needs and maintain readiness throughout procedures
Handle specimens for laboratory analysis
Monitor patient safety and maintain attention to detail in high-stress environments
Follow all infection control and safety protocols

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of recent surgical technologist experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment
