Position Overview:
As part of a broader supply chain transformation initiative, we are seeking an experienced Interim Supply Chain Technology Manager to support a leading health system in Wisconsin. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing and maintaining the client’s Infor/Lawson ERP system, with a primary focus on the Materials Management Information System (MMIS) module.
This is a high-impact engagement ideal for someone with deep technical and functional expertise in Infor/Lawson Supply Chain modules and a strong understanding of healthcare supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert and system lead for Infor/Lawson MMIS configuration, support, and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain leadership and IT teams to align system capabilities with operational goals.
- Oversee daily operations and troubleshooting of MMIS-related workflows.
- Identify, propose, and implement system enhancements to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Coordinate and support testing, training, and change management related to system updates or process improvements.
- Assist in integration efforts tied to broader supply chain, finance, and clinical systems.
- Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Proven experience in a supply chain technology leadership role within a healthcare environment.
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of Infor/Lawson MMIS, including system setup, maintenance, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of healthcare materials management, inventory control, purchasing, and distribution processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting large-scale ERP upgrades, integrations, or optimization projects is preferred.
- Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to client site in Wisconsin periodically (hybrid engagement).
