Position: Undergraduate Adjunct Professor (Multiple Disciplines)
In-Person - Miami, Florida (Coconut Grove)
We are seeking exceptional Adjunct Faculty to join the founding teaching cohort of a newly established, innovation-driven undergraduate institution located in Coconut Grove, Miami. This position is fully in person and involves teaching undergraduate courses across a multidisciplinary curriculum designed to develop globally minded, entrepreneurial leaders.
Courses May Include
- ART-101 - Concept Design
- COM-101 - Public Speaking / ENG-101 - English Composition
- ECO-101 - Socio-Ecological Systems
- HUM-101 - Philosophy
- SOC-201 - Geopolitics
Candidates holding a completed PhD may also be considered for graduate-level teaching opportunities within the MBA program.

Responsibilities
In collaboration with the Program Director, Adjunct Faculty will:
- Design and deliver a comprehensive course syllabus
- Develop and evaluate assessments, projects, and experiential learning activities
- Utilize institutional technology platforms and academic tools
- Hold a minimum of two office hours per week per course section
- Participate in faculty meetings and academic planning activities
- Foster an engaging, inclusive, and intellectually challenging classroom environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in the relevant discipline (or closely related field)
- At least 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior university-level teaching experience
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and presentation
- Doctoral degree completed or in progress
- Meaningful professional experience outside academia
- Ability to connect theory with real-world practice
- Experience with project-based or experiential learning approaches

Compensation
Adjunct faculty compensation is highly competitive and above typical regional rates.
The minimum compensation applies to each credit course structure, with final payment determined based on course design, workload, and coordination with the Program Director.
