We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the onboarding and servicing of mortgage loans. This role requires a strong understanding of mortgage documentation, accurate data entry, payment application, and quality control review to ensure loans are set up and maintained with precision and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and enter data from mortgage documents to onboard new loans accurately and on time.
• Ensure all required documents are received, properly labeled, and attached to loan files.
• Process loan funding, including payment application, trust ledger setup, and escrow analysis.
• Reconcile incoming title checks and wires, and apply payments accurately.
• Conduct quality control reviews to verify accuracy of loan setup, funding details, and document filing.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or compliance issues in loan data and documentation.
• Complete QC checklists and ensure all documentation meets servicing standards.
• Communicate with clients to obtain missing documents and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Send Welcome Letters and setup documents to borrowers and lenders.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan documents and their structure.
• High level of accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.
• Experience with payment application and escrow analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
