As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant who is fluent in Spanish and English to support All FPWCG patients, Gynecological & surgical & more. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-first environment and wants to grow alongside a mission-driven medical team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an organized, motivated, and compassionate Medical Assistant to support our clinical team with day-to-day patient care. You will be a vital part of creating a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients—especially our Spanish-speaking community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage the clinic for daily appointments and procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients in both Spanish and English, in person and over the phone
- Assist with pre-surgery documentation, including clearance and lab result collection
- Accurately maintain and update patient medical records
- Clean, stock, and set up exam rooms
- Assist physicians with minor office procedures (training provided)
- Provide support for aesthetic appointments and treatments
- Deliver consistently excellent patient service in every interaction
- Cross-train across departments to support front office, aesthetics, and back-office operations
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant certification or prior clinical experience preferred
- GYN or women’s health experience a plus, but not required
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy clinical environment
- Proficiency with EMRs or willingness to learn (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus)
- A passion for women’s health, wellness, and compassionate care
