HR Generalist (On-site)

In this role, you will consult with top management on strategic planning and business administration, oversee employee relations, and help maximize our sustainability and profitability.

Compensation:
$80,000 - $95,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures
- Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
- Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports
- Conduct exit interviews to obtain honest feedback from employees to make improvements to our organizational policies
- Manage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation
Qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR management, business management, or a similar field
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist or in a senior position in HR management
- No remote, must commute to the San Mateo, CA office 5 days a week
