ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 1982 and has built a strong reputation over the years with a close-knit team of three. Ive spent my entire career in the insurance industry, including time as a claims adjuster, which has given me deep industry knowledge and a strong understanding of how to best serve our customers.

Im a graduate of California State University, Sacramento, and outside of the office, I enjoy spending time on the water as a catamaran captain. Im married with children, and family plays an important role in both my personal life and how I run the agency. We stay actively involved in the community through organizations like the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Business Association, and local volunteer efforts.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Frank Lewis - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
