Job DescriptionJob Title: Food Production Specialist
Responsibilities
- Prep and assemble products to specification.
- Comply with HACCP-plan and food safety requirements.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Ensure that cases and pallets are configured safely and in accordance with standards.
- Maintain scheduled production to meet team business goals.
- Notify management of any potential food safety or quality issues.
- Deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
- Understand written and verbal policies, guidelines, specifications, and safety standards.
- Work overtime as required, even on short notice.
- Operate manual and automated processing equipment.
- Communicate with management about any work-related or personal issues.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Perform other duties as required.
Essential Skills
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
- Attention to detail.
- Understanding of written and verbal policies, guidelines, specifications, and safety standards.
- Ability to work overtime as required, even on short notice.
- Basic math and English skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management.
- Adherence to strict safety, food security, and GMP practices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in general labor, packaging, and food production.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and food handling.
- Experience with labeling and food manufacturing.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
