Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in the CVICU, managing critical cardiovascular cases
- Monitor, assess, and respond to complex patient needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Document interventions and patient responses in electronic medical records
- Support patient families with education and resources during care transitions
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN licensure
- Minimum one year recent CVICU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience with advanced cardiac monitoring and critical care technologies
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
