Duties
·Create a safe and nurturing environment for our youngest children
·Develop age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote learning through play
·Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
·Foster a sense of community and belonging among children and their families
·Uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions
Requirements
·Minimum of a high school diploma
·Enjoy young children and value play
·Communicate effectively with others
·Ability to learn and grow as part of a team
Available to work until 5:30
Nice To Haves
·CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
·Experience working with children in a childcare setting
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and families
·Commitment to promoting a play-based learning environment
