Our client, a leader in customer service solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Last Mile department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative I
Location: Benicia, CA
Pay Range: $19 per hour
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 10am to 6:30pm
What's the Job?
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues effectively.
- Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely service.
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps for accuracy.
What's Needed?
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
- Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.
