💲 Pay: $35.50/hour
🕒 Schedule: 24/7 operation — must be available for days, nights, weekends, and holidays

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in driving uptime, reliability, and performance in a fast‑moving, high‑volume environment.

What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, robotic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to maximize system uptime
- Install, calibrate, and optimize automated packaging and distribution equipment
- Support a true 24/7 operation in a high‑throughput facility
- Provide coaching and technical guidance to junior technicians
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in safety, reliability, and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
- 2+ years working with automated conveyors, robotics, MHE, or industrial automation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Experience
- Experience using CMMS platforms
- Strong preventative maintenance
- Hands‑on experience with conveyor systems or advanced automation
- Solid electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of controls, safety practices, and risk mitigation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
