Pay: $50,000 – $75,000 per year (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time

Bridgeport Laser & Wellness Center is a modern medical aesthetics and wellness clinic offering
injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and medical weight-loss programs. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, professional environment. We are seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient service.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and ensure efficient patient flow
Lead, support, and develop clinical and administrative staff
Oversee scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state medical regulations
Collaborate with the medical director and providers to optimize patient care
Support marketing initiatives and patient engagement activities
Resolve patient concerns professionally and promptly
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of management experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or
wellness setting (required)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with EMR systems (ModMed a plus)
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Passion for aesthetics and patient-centered care
