Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support students across Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School levels in a school setting located in Little Falls, MN. This contract position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the development and daily functioning of children within a dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services tailored to students from early childhood through high school.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address sensory, motor, and cognitive challenges impeding academic and social success.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate therapeutic strategies within classroom activities.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and reports to comply with school and regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide programs that promote student well-being.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials to practice in Minnesota.
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings, including early childhood through high school.
• Strong knowledge of educational regulations, IDEA requirements, and individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student needs and school environments.
