What You’ll Do
As our Estimator, you’ll play a key role in winning the work that fuels our growth. You will:
- Manage the entire bid process from start to finish
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
- Build scope sheets, perform subcontractor leveling, and identify gaps or risks
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure complete, competitive proposals
- Assemble the full bid package for ownership review
- Present clear breakdowns, alternates, clarifications, and scope comparisons
- Maintain organized bid documents and project data
- Support preconstruction planning and turnover once projects are awarded

What Makes You a Strong Fit
We’re looking for an estimator who is:
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- Skilled in reading plans, specs, and addendums
- Comfortable managing multiple bids and deadlines
- Confident in communication with subcontractors and internal teams
- Experienced with sub-leveling and full bid assembly
- Motivated, proactive, and accountable
- Passionate about construction and doing things the right way
Experience in commercial or healthcare construction is a plus.
