Ketamine Clinics Los Angeles (KCLA) is offering the opportunity for a mission-driven, progressive Psychiatrist to join our team. KCLA has pioneered innovative psychiatry since 2014, beginning with Ketamine Infusion Therapy and expanding into Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and General Psychiatry, with psychedelic medicine forthcoming. Co-founded by Dr. Steven L. Mandel, MD, and CEO Sam Mandel, KCLA is a family-owned and operated group practice with a multidisciplinary team of 17, comprising an anesthesiologist, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and more. The clinic is a state-of-the-art 5,000-square-foot facility in Los Angeles' Playa District. One of the first, largest, and only Quad A-accredited Ketamine Clinics in the world, KCLA is dedicated to transformative care. With over 35,000 treatments administered to more than 6,000 patients, KCLA maintains an 83% success rate in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. Duties and Responsibilities

Provision and supervision of all treatments now and in the future, including but not limited to:

IV Ketamine Infusion Therapy
-
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
-
Psychiatric Evaluations
-
Psychiatric Medication Management
-
Preparation and Integration Support
-
Psychotherapy
-
Treatment consultations
-
-
Supervision of advanced practice providers and registered nurses
-
Outreach to providers and organizations to nurture referral relationships
-
Timely documentation and coding of clinical notes
-
Leadership and development of teammates
-
Assisting in the overall growth and development of the Company
Requirements
-
Must be genuinely enthusiastic about Ketamine Therapy, TMS Therapy, Psychedelic Medicine, and other innovative interventions in psychiatry

Must be willing to commit to a 2-year contract
-
Two years of outpatient psychiatry experience
-
Current, unrestricted California medical license
-
Board Certification in Psychiatry
-
Current, unrestricted DEA license for schedules II-V
-
BLS (Company can assist with certification)
-
ACLS (Company can assist with certification)

ASA Moderate Sedation Training (Company can assist with certification)

Preparation and Integration Training (Company can assist with certification)
Compensation
-
$100,000-$400,000 per year
-
Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available

Both independent contractor and employee arrangements are available

Depending on the arrangement, compensation can be a percentage of collections, an hourly rate, or a base salary
