We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Pilot to deliver exceptional medical air transportation services. You’ll be flying our AS350/H125, working on a schedule of seven days on and seven days off, with 12-hour shifts available for both day and night trips. Safety is our top priority, and you’ll be part of a professional team committed to maintaining the highest safety standards for both our crew and customers.

Essential Functions/Duties:

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with dispatch, medical crew, and ground contacts for seamless transport operations.
  • Operate the aircraft in accordance with Rotorcraft Flight Manual guidelines and company standards, prioritizing safety and compliance.
  • Monitor current and forecasted weather conditions to ensure proper flight planning.
  • Conduct pre-flight inspections and record any discrepancies in the engineering log.
  • Report aircraft damage, malfunctions, or personnel injuries promptly.
  • Participate in routine housekeeping duties in the hangar and crew quarters.
  • Engage in the cleaning and upkeep of the aircraft.
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and on time, including flight logs and reports.
  • Uphold our values of safety, service, and professionalism.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Certifications:

  • FAA Commercial Rotorcraft-Helicopter Certificate
  • FAA Helicopter Instrument Rating
  • Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience:

  • 2,000 helicopter flight hours
  • 1,000 helicopter PIC hours
  • 1,000 turbine hours
  • Minimum 200 helicopter night flight hours (aided and/or unaided)

Pilot Incentives:

  • Hourly position with a 20% geographical modifier to base pay
  • $15,000 sign-on bonus (1-year commitment)
  • $40,000 Retention Bonus after 36 months in the GMR Pilot Retention Bonus Plan
  • 24-hour pilot housing provided
  • 7-on/7-off schedule for work-life balance

Physical Requirements:

  • 230-pound weight limit (including flight gear)
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Occasional standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
  • Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
  • Work near moving mechanical parts and in various weather conditions
  • Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, airborne particles, and in-flight vibrations
  • Noise levels require wearing a headset

  • Ability to make sound, time-sensitive decisions under pressure
  • Follow oral and written procedures precisely
  • Adapt to irregular work schedules and dynamic operational demands
