We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Pilot to deliver exceptional medical air transportation services. You’ll be flying our AS350/H125, working on a schedule of seven days on and seven days off, with 12-hour shifts available for both day and night trips. Safety is our top priority, and you’ll be part of a professional team committed to maintaining the highest safety standards for both our crew and customers.
Essential Functions/Duties:
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with dispatch, medical crew, and ground contacts for seamless transport operations.
- Operate the aircraft in accordance with Rotorcraft Flight Manual guidelines and company standards, prioritizing safety and compliance.
- Monitor current and forecasted weather conditions to ensure proper flight planning.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and record any discrepancies in the engineering log.
- Report aircraft damage, malfunctions, or personnel injuries promptly.
- Participate in routine housekeeping duties in the hangar and crew quarters.
- Engage in the cleaning and upkeep of the aircraft.
- Complete required paperwork accurately and on time, including flight logs and reports.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Certifications:
- FAA Commercial Rotorcraft-Helicopter Certificate
- FAA Helicopter Instrument Rating
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience:
- 2,000 helicopter flight hours
- 1,000 helicopter PIC hours
- 1,000 turbine hours
- Minimum 200 helicopter night flight hours (aided and/or unaided)
Pilot Incentives:
- Hourly position with a 20% geographical modifier to base pay
- $15,000 sign-on bonus (1-year commitment)
- $40,000 Retention Bonus after 36 months in the GMR Pilot Retention Bonus Plan
- 24-hour pilot housing provided
- 7-on/7-off schedule for work-life balance
Physical Requirements:
- 230-pound weight limit (including flight gear)
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Occasional standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
- Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Work near moving mechanical parts and in various weather conditions
- Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, airborne particles, and in-flight vibrations
- Noise levels require wearing a headset

- Ability to make sound, time-sensitive decisions under pressure
- Follow oral and written procedures precisely
