Refined Floors is hiring immediately for a Hardwood Floor Refinisher & Installer in Williamsburg, VA.

We are looking for someone reliable with some flooring, construction, or hands-on experience. You do not need to be a seasoned professional. We can train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.

What You’ll Do:

• Sand and refinish hardwood floors
• Assist with hardwood floor installation
• Prep, clean, and maintain job sites
• Work in occupied residential homes with professionalism

Requirements (READ CAREFULLY):

• Some experience in flooring, construction, or carpentry
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
• Reliable transportation to/from our warehouse
• Able to perform physical work and lift 75+ lbs
• Dependable, on-time, and professional
• Non-smoking during work hours and on job sites
