Dental Hygienist
$7,500 Sign-On Bonus
Location: 8420 S 71st Plaza Ste 107, Papillion, NE 68133
Full-time Position: Monday to Thursday!

In your role as a Dental Hygienist, you will be recognized as a key clinical provider and patient advocate. You will play an essential role in the patient care team, ensuring that your patients receive the time and attention they deserve. Minimum Qualifications
- Valid dental hygienist license in NE and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required)
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
- Both experienced hygienists and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- A commitment to ongoing learning and skill development to meet patient needs and provide preventative care
- Ability to address clinical needs as required by the office
Physical Requirements
- Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year
- To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. Arrangements for the test will be made during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided. This requirement does not apply in the states of FL & TN.
