Location: Wyoming, Delaware
Start Date: August 21, 2025
End Date: June 12, 2026
Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week), Monday Friday
Blazer Jobs is actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based position in Wyoming, DE. This role involves working closely with students with severe disabilities and autism, ranging in age from 2 to 22 years old.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)

Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
-
Provide de-escalation support and participate as part of the crisis intervention team

Collaborate on behavior goals for IEPs
-
Assist and support with data collection and analysis

Provide behavioral consultation and training to school staff
-
Deliver direct support to students exhibiting behavioral challenges
Qualifications:
-
Active BCBA Certification
-
Current Delaware Licensure/Certification (Confirmation of active licensure must be submitted with application)

Experience working with individuals with autism and severe disabilities
-
Strong knowledge of behavior analysis, data collection, and crisis response

Effective communication and teamwork skills
