Electrician – Field Supervisor

NOW HIRING a Lead Service Electrician for a hands-on Electrical/Lead Field Supervisor role overseeing technical residential service electricians and projects for residential and light commercial customers in a position focused on scheduling and coordinating remodeling work to ensure on-time project completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Journeyman or Master Electrician interested in joining a successful company and helping to grow a successful business line. The role is focused on managing residential service projects with a focus on training, job coordination, issue resolution, accountability, and completing projects when required. Project Management, scheduling, on-site job review and project closeout. Field Team Support & Leadership:

Technical expectations and accountability for field electricians

Training and coaching on field standards and technical requirements

Support the service team with difficult field work and complete high priority assigned projects

Primary contact for field technicians' job-specific/technical questions

Resolving problem jobs in the field
Planning & Coordination:

Review upcoming schedules and ensure proper staffing & materials

Review completed/in-progress jobs for follow-up actions

Setting up new projects for field and customer success (scope, materials, scheduling)
Customer Service:

Resolve outstanding issues or customer concerns
-
Assist the Service Director with workload and capacity management

Help set and uphold field technician standards

Assist in pricing and price book management
What we offer:

$53-57 hourly rate. This is an hourly rate and the compensation rate is not based on sales or commission. This position is targeted at 45 hours during peak demand season.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus (Journeyman or Master License required)

We seek candidates with a Journeyman/Master Electrical license, 5-10+ years of residential service experience, and demonstrated skills in supervision, job site coordination and job site problem solving. Ideal candidates are customer-oriented, skilled troubleshooters with Service Titan experience who thrive and want to contribute to a growing company. We require a valid driver’s license, an ability to work independently, and an interest in providing a high level of customer service to every client.
