Account Manager (Client Operations Focus)

Every order is different, which means our team is constantly solving new problems, coordinating across departments, and making sure the details are right from start to finish.
Customers don’t reach out for this type of product because they’re browsing, they reach out because something needs to get done. Equipment needs protection. Deadlines are tight. And there’s no room for mistakes. This role exists to make sure that happens; cleanly, accurately, and without friction.
We’re not looking for a traditional sales rep. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of incoming work, manage the details, and ensure every order moves from request to delivery without breaking.
What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll manage incoming customer requests and see them all the way through the system.
You will:
- Take inbound requests and translate them into clear, accurate quotes
- Send drawings, specs, and updates to customers
- Follow up consistently to keep projects moving
- Manage orders through design, production, and delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure what’s promised gets built correctly
- Handle day-to-day customer communication (status updates, changes, questions)
- Keep everything organized - quotes, orders, timelines, and details
You’re not just supporting the process, you’re owning the flow of work from start to finish.

This role is NOT:
- A pure sales/hunting role
- A “close and hand off” position
- A low-detail, high-level account role

What We’re Looking For

Experience:
- 3+ years in account management, customer support, project coordination, or inside sales
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, or orders simultaneously
- Background in manufacturing, production, AV, or technical products is a plus
- Comfortable working with specifications, drawings, or build-to-order products is a plus
Additional Details
- Location: Phoenix, AZ (in-office)
- Hours: Typically 7-4/8-5, with flexibility
- Compensation: $75,000-$100,000 depending on experience
