Now, were growingand were looking for a Patient Care Coordinator whos ready to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Welcoming and assisting patients throughout their care journey
  • Managing the surgical and follow-up appointment schedule
  • Coordinating care with referring offices and other providers
  • Ensuring all patient documentation is organized and complete
  • Answering phone and email communications with warmth and professionalism
  • Supporting the team in maintaining a smooth, efficient office flow
  • Sending welcome letters, tracking new patients, managing recalls, and more


This is a full-time, in-office role:
MondayFriday, 8:00am5:00pm
