Key Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming and assisting patients throughout their care journey
- Managing the surgical and follow-up appointment schedule
- Coordinating care with referring offices and other providers
- Ensuring all patient documentation is organized and complete
- Answering phone and email communications with warmth and professionalism
- Supporting the team in maintaining a smooth, efficient office flow
- Sending welcome letters, tracking new patients, managing recalls, and more
This is a full-time, in-office role:
MondayFriday, 8:00am5:00pm
