This is a fully on-site role with no option for remote working

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Fulfillment & Field Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role that combines end-to-end fulfillment ownership with on-site field support.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety — managing inventory, shipping, and fulfillment operations while also traveling to customer sites to install and support our systems.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring equipment is managed efficiently behind the scenes and deployed seamlessly in the field, while also supporting the wider team as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Fulfillment & Logistics
- Manage incoming inventory and stock organization
- Pick, pack, and prepare equipment for dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and reporting
- Oversee end-to-end fulfillment operations
- Ensure operational efficiency and readiness for deployments
Field Support
- Travel to customer sites to install and set up systems
- Configure equipment (EPOS systems, terminals, printers, etc.)
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support during setups
- Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience on-site
- Ensure installations and support tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements
- Full driving licence
- Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or a similar hands-on role
- Comfortable in a field-based, customer-facing environment
- Strong problem-solving and practical skills
- Good communication skills
- Full, clean driving license and access to a personal vehicle (essential)
- Comfortable working independently and adapting to new environments during site visits
- Willingness to support across different areas of the business as needed
- Ability to take ownership and operate in a fast-paced setting
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience with EPOS systems or technical setups
- Basic IT or networking knowledge
- Experience in a startup or hybrid operations role
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
