If you answered yes, our Mechanical Assembly Technician role in Otsego, MI could be your next step. You’ll join a supportive, fast-paced team on 2nd or 3rd shift with a clear path from temporary to permanent.
Your Impact
- Assemble parts and products to exact specifications and quality standards.
- Perform in-process quality checks to confirm products meet company criteria.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized station to promote safe, efficient work.
- Partner with your teammates to meet production goals and hit deadlines.
- Notify your supervisor promptly of equipment issues or safety concerns.
- Adhere to all safety rules and procedures.
What Helps You Succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, not a must.
- Comfort reading and interpreting technical documents and instructions.
- Unwavering attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

- Location: Otsego, MI
- Shifts: 2nd and 3rd shifts
- Pay: $18.40 per hour
- Track: Temp-to-Perm opportunity
