On Behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to lead a customer service team in Elkhart, Indiana. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent service delivery, and fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a dedication to enhancing both employee and customer experiences.
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 + 10% Bonus
8:00am-5:00pm– Onsite

Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the customer service team
• Cultivate a positive and productive team atmosphere
• Oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring efficient handling of inquiries, service requests, and escalations.
• Address operational challenges to improve customer satisfaction
• Provide administrative support to the District Manager
• Supervise office operations, including clerical tasks, records management, and workflow coordination.
• Organize and execute training programs, workshops, meetings, and special events to support team development.
• Make sure KPI's are met total calls, abandoned calls, wait times, etc.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
· Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably within a call center or customer service environment.
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and develop employees; effectively organize, prioritize, and schedule workloads.
· Skilled in organizing and coordinating administrative operations and projects.
· Working knowledge of basic accounting procedures, budgeting, and reporting.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and data‑gathering skills.
· Understanding of management principles, inventory control, supplies/equipment coordination, and office operations.
· Ability to build and maintain a cooperative and positive work environment.
