Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Prefer at least 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Valid WI Class B CDL ( or able to obtain a Class B CDL)
- Ability to pass pre-employment and periodic drug and alcohol screening
- Drug and Alcohol screening will be required immediately after any involvement in a motor vehicle accident.
- Ability to competently inspect and maintain vehicle logs, supplies and equipment; such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes in order to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition.
- Ability to safely operate a 2019 Freightliner M2 112 with 26ft box in all weather conditions.
- Insurability
- Carless or reckless driving violations
- Homicide or assault through the use of a motor vehicle.
- Attempting to elude a police officer.
- Drivers who recently have a suspended or revoked license, or those who have three or more license suspensions
- No more than three moving violations and/or accidents within the most recent three years.
- No more than two moving violations and/or accidents within the most recent year.
- No major convictions within the last five years, including
- Driving While intoxicated (DWI) or Driving Under the Influence (DUI).
- Leaving the scene of an accident.
- Ability to consistently demonstrate attendance / punctuality each day.
- Must be able to knee; bend, push, pull, twist and lift items with an average weight of 50lbs.
