Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setup or machine operation role.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and using precision measurement tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
• Experience with tooling changes, adjustments, and preventative maintenance.
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC/robot programming or industrial automation systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for fixture design or modification.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with manual machining (lathe, mill) or basic fabrication.
