Shift Times: Days – 5×8-hour shifts per week (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM); includes 1 weekend day
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Start Date: January 12, 2026
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of acute care Speech Language Pathologist experience — REQUIRED
• Experience managing medically complex acute care patients — REQUIRED
• Dysphagia evaluation and treatment experience — REQUIRED
• Valid New York State Education Department (NYSED) Speech Language Pathologist license —
REQUIRED
• Primary Source Verification of license — REQUIRED
• BLS — PREFERRED
• Ability to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day — REQUIRED
• Willingness to complete phone interview (10–15 min) and in-person interview — REQUIRED
