Local Industrial Distributor has a Full-Time position available for Customer Service. This candidate must have excellent administrative, clerical, record-keeping, and computing skills.
DESCRIPTION
Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires with the up most integrity and favorable work ethic. First point of customer contact for general inquiries regarding order status, order verification, order entry, pricing, products, requested ship dates, delivery queries and quote processing. The customer service Rep. builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty. They shall analyze and rectify customer concerns using established procedures.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in customer service or call center, preferable in an industrial setting.
We will train the right candidate.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Strong interpersonal skills: influence, teamwork, conflict resolution, and creative problem-solving skills are a must. Possess good math skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
Must be self-motivated, confident, highly dependable, and practice solid follow-up skills. Ability to interact with other departments to gain access to necessary information and be able to multitask. Exceptional oral / written reporting skills including Microsoft Outlook and Word.
Excellent professional telephone skills and presence. Able to respond to needs of customers in a timely and value-added manner. Strong computer skills.
