Do you have a heart for service and the polish of a professional chauffeur? Matriarch Home Care Concierge is expanding our Transportation & NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transport) Division and seeking exceptional drivers to elevate the experience of our cherished clients.

Whether you're behind the wheel of a sleek sedan or assisting with our wheelchair-accessible NEMT van, you will be delivering more than just transportation-you'll deliver comfort, dignity, and VIP-level care.

What You'll Do

• Provide Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) to medical appointments, therapies, and essential services
• Drive clients with care and style in Matriarch-provided vehicles
• Safely assist clients entering and exiting vehicles, including wheelchair and bariatric transport
• Greet clients like family and treat them like royalty
• Ensure every ride is smooth, safe, punctual, and dignified
• Operate wheelchair-accessible and bariatric equipment as needed
• Represent the Matriarch brand with professionalism, discretion, and elegance

What You Bring

• Clean driving record
• Valid Driver's License including For-Hire Endorsement (F)
• Experience or strong interest in NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transport)
• Must reside in Middle Tennessee
• Respect and compassion for seniors and individuals with mobility challenges
• Concierge-level service mindset
• Calm, professional, and poised demeanor
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on occasion
• Ability to safely operate bariatric wheelchairs
• In-person interviews required
