Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience (work and/or military)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Prospecting and opportunity identification skills
- Strong phone communication and product knowledge
- Ability to explain complex billing details clearly
- De-escalation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
What you’ll do:
- Customer onboarding & support: Verify products, guide customers through billing, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Outbound account management: Make proactive calls to small business customers to maintain account health and present relevant offers.
- Upselling & prospecting: Identify new business needs, referrals, and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Product advisory: Recommend plans, services, and features to optimize customer accounts.
- Customer experience delivery: Handle billing concerns, de-escalate issues, and provide clear, value-driven solutions.
