Job DescriptionThis position is contingent upon contract award.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage internal MC&G PEO processes and document procedures.
- Manage manpower, seating, and resources needs for the MC&G across all branches / projects. Act as the MC&G PEO Training coordinator and facilitator.
- Provide MC&G PEO meeting facilitation as requested. Act as the MC&G PEO Corporate Communications and Information Manager.
- Manage the MC&G PEO Tasker process.
- Manage MC&G PEO Records and Information Oversight processes.
- Manage MC&G PEO leadership team calendars and e-mail, as requested.
- Manage MC&G PEO civil service and military awards processes.
- Support MC&G PEO leadership team actions and activities. Brief internal and external to MC&G PEO.
Required:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 2 years of experience working in at least two or more IC and/or DoD directorates, with tasks to include understanding management processes and communication across all levels of the organizational hierarchy.
- 1 year of experience managing manpower and resources for large organizations (at least $100M in budget and/or 100 persons in organization.)
- 1 year of experience managing internal organizational processes (taskers, communications, etc.) and working with external processes (manpower submissions, training, etc.)
- 1 year of experience utilizing technology to streamline organizational communication (SharePoint, share folders, Outlook calendars and distribution lists, etc.)
Desired:
- Working knowledge of MC&G Mission Domain (not technical knowledge).
