We are seeking a dedicated and friendly receptionist who is compassionate and proficient in communication, demonstrating a commitment to patient care and service excellence to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate staff or department as needed.

Maintain a well-organized reception area that is inviting and free of clutter.

Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for facility services and events.

Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding facility services and policies.

Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination of care.
QUALIFICATIONS:

At least one year experience as Receptionist in a healthcare industry is a must

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in using office management software and telephone systems.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Empathetic and compassionate demeanor, with a commitment to patient care.
