Rome Health's Residential Health Care Facility is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. Work in a hospital-based 80-bed skilled nursing facility offering long-term care, short-term rehab, and respite care.
What You'll Do:

<li>Administer medications and treatments. </li>
<li>Monitor and record vital signs. </li>
<li>Support residents with daily care and safety. </li>
<li>Collaborate with our care team to deliver excellent outcomes. </li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Active NY LPN license </li>
<li>CPR/BLS preferred </li>
<li>Experience in long-term care a plus </li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills </li>
