Job DescriptionDescription:

-Answer multi-line telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner

- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately

- Gather necessary information from patients during phone calls

- Coordinate and schedule referrals from other healthcare providers

- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

- Provide excellent customer service to all patients and visitors

- Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to ensure smooth patient access process

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology required
  • Experience with electronic health records systems required
