You'll report to a seasoned financial leader with a Big 4 background and join a dynamic, growth-focused environment with national recognition and global backing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly executive reports, dashboards, and profitability analysis.
  • Support capital planning, joint ventures, and investor reporting.
  • Coordinate with accounting for accurate financial reporting and accruals.
  • Implement process improvements and automation in financial planning systems.
  • Provide insights on market trends impacting the housing industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 2+ years in a Big 4 or national CPA firm.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct FP&A experience, preferably in residential real estate or development.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (Excel expertise required).
  • Familiarity with financial systems such as Newstar is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly analytical, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
  • Passion for innovation, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

PAY TRANSPARENCY: The estimated annual pay range for this position is $140,000 – $160,000, plus a 25% target bonus. Actual compensation will be determined by the hiring authority and may vary depending on qualifications and other factors relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
