Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Quality Clinical RN Specialist to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and improving patient care outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nursing, quality management, and leadership in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical quality initiatives, including the development and implementation of quality improvement plans and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with medical staff, nursing teams, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of patient care.
• Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes, patient safety data, and quality performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards such as Joint Commission, CMS, and other regulatory agencies.
• Develop and deliver staff education and training programs focused on quality and safety.
• Provide leadership in root cause analysis for adverse events and develop action plans to mitigate future risks.
• Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and initiatives to executive leadership and clinical teams.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement, patient-centered care, and evidence-based practice.
