• Conduct detailed diagnostics on HVAC systems using advanced tools and techniques like Ohmmeters.
• Engage in preventive maintenance activities to uphold safety and operational standards.
• Lead the repair or substitution of HVAC components including compressors, pumps, and motors.
• Apply welding techniques to enhance system installations or repairs.
• Serve clients by addressing and resolving their HVAC concerns effectively.
• Participate in broader property maintenance tasks centering around HVAC operations.
• Utilize company vehicles efficiently for service destinations.

What We Seek:

• Background as an HVAC technician or in a related role.
• Familiarity with refrigerant operations and boiler systems.
• Experience in appliance and equipment repair is advantageous.
• Capability to execute plumbing related to HVAC functions is desirable.
• A clean driving record and valid driver’s license are essential.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• HVAC certification is advantageous but not imperative.
