Pay Rate: $32.61 per hourJob OverviewThe Quality Control Laboratory Specialist supports QC analytical testing, method qualification, and sample analysis to enable release testing and stability monitoring of cell therapy products and in-process samples. This role contributes to analytical method development, technical transfer, and documentation in a regulated laboratory environment.Occasional weekend or off-hours technical support may be required.Key Responsibilities
- Perform flow cytometry, ELISA, residual testing, qPCR/dPCR, and other analytical assays
- Execute release testing and stability monitoring for cell therapy products
- Support routine analytical activities and serve as a subject matter expert in technical discussions, document reviews, and investigations
- Support analytical method development, qualification, and technical transfer from Analytical Development
- Author and/or review analytical test results and documentation, including:
- Analytical study data summaries and reports
- Method qualification protocols and reports
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support Quality operations
Required Skills & QualificationsRequired
- Hands-on experience with QC analytical testing
- Proficiency with flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR/dPCR, and related analytical assays
- Experience supporting method qualification and validation activities
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills
- Ability to work accurately in a regulated laboratory environment
- High attention to detail and data integrity
Preferred
- Experience in cell therapy, biologics, or biopharmaceutical environments
- Familiarity with GMP / GxP laboratory standards
- Experience supporting investigations and technical transfers
